It produces the most crispy crust without having to deal with messy oil and all that splatter. I use it often and the recipes always come out great. The Oven Fry is perfect for pork or chicken. Luckily the little grocery store on the corner also had my favorite Pork Oven Fry. I bought the whole package, took out two for dinner and leftovers and froze the rest. I ran up to the local store and they had some beautiful, bone in pork chops on sale. I saw that my Mom had left some of her doctored up Bbq sauce in the fridge so I decided to make these chops. I wanted to make myself a nice dinner the other night and use up some of the veggies I had gotten from the local farmers market. I have been in Northern Michigan for the last couple of weeks on my own. Oven Fry comes in many varieties and I use the Pork variety for these Crispy Bbq Pork Chops. My shortcut in this recipe is using the box of Kraft Oven Fry. The great thing about this recipe is that it produces a fried chop without the mess of having to fry. They are super easy to make, take very little time, make very little mess and they are absolutely delicious. One of my favorite short cut recipes are these Crispy Bbq Pork Chops. Everything doesn’t have to be made from scratch and it’s perfectly fine to take some shortcuts in order to feed yourself or your family.
